HOW IT WORKS

From estimate to mowing in three clear steps.

Your estimate is a starting point. Your route is confirmed after property review, quote approval, and availability checks.

  1. 1

    Build your estimate

Find your address, outline or select your mowable grass area, and choose your mowing frequency.

  2. 2

    Send your service request

Use “Request lawn service” to open your prepared email. Send it with your property details so ASAP can review your lawn.

  3. 3

Review your quote & get scheduled

We send a quote for your approval, then confirm route availability and the next steps. Service dates remain subject to weather and ground conditions.

RAIN & WEATHER DELAYS

Protecting your lawn comes first.*

A sunny day does not always mean the ground is ready for a mower. We may delay service to reduce the risk of ruts, torn turf, soil compaction, and unsafe working conditions.

When we may delay

Rain, saturated soil, standing water, lightning, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions may postpone mowing. Overnight rain and heavy morning moisture can also mean a later start.

How rescheduling works

Your regular service day is a target, not a guaranteed date or arrival time. Delays can affect the entire route. Repeated rain may cause more than one change in the same week, and lawns may need drying time after rainfall ends.

How you stay informed

After your service is set up, check the email address or mobile number you provided for schedule changes and arrival updates. Earlier reminders may be revised if conditions change. Questions? Call 609-715-1577.

What to expect before booking

We resume when conditions and route capacity allow; next-day service is not guaranteed. Prepayment does not provide priority over other customers or override weather delays. Your final quote and service agreement explain your approved scope, payment terms, and any handling of missed visits.

A request is the first step—not a confirmed appointment. Review your quote and service terms before approving. This calculator does not show live weather or your current route status.
